@kmk : FCC is no moron, it is just trying to esquire the reason behind the rejection and the what policies does the app store follow in approval/rejection. You need to follow some rule and cant just reject any app with out reason… if that reason is competition then say that, if that reason is AT&T then let the world know about it…
