Finally after a decade of dominance Google is scarred of something and it is none other than Microsoft Bing. The news market is flooded with the reports that the co founder of the Google, Sergey Brin is working with the top engineers to upgrade the Google Services in order to improve the search engine. “New search engines have come and gone in the past 10 years, but Bing seems to be of particular interest to Sergey,” an anonymous source described as an “insider told the newspaper. Is he extra cautious or there is something in Bing that is making him worried? Microsoft launched Bing two weeks ago with the mammoth advertisement budget of $100 million while Google spends just a minimal of $25 million on advertising last year. Microsoft Bing is widely being accepted by the critics and the users for its flamboyant appearance. Within two weeks of the launch Bing increased Microsoft’s market share in search arena by two percent which actually takes its share to 11%. Having witnessed that, I still believe that it will take a long long time for Bing to at-least make a small dent in Google market share. Just wait and watch.. Its going to be interesting.
